The Condominiums at University Village: an active adult community located in Albemarle County within walking distance to Charlottesville destinations and University of Virginia grounds.

University Village is home to many educators, artists, retired/semi-retired corporate executives, as well as legal, medical, military, and government professionals.

Our architecturally significant building, sited on a hilltop, contains 94 condominiums in the midst of 28 landscaped acres with breathtaking views in all directions. The professionally designed interiors throughout the building are enhanced by fine furniture and art. The Blue Ridge Mountains rise to the west; evening lights of Charlottesville sparkle to the east.

Location

The Condos at University Village is located at 500 Crestwood Drive in Charlottesville off Old Ivy Road, a two-hour drive from Washington, D.C., and one hour to Richmond. Charlottesville and the vicinity have several golf courses, tennis facilities, theaters, and many more attractions. The area is served by two major hospitals: the University of Virginia Hospital and Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital. Charlottesville Albemarle (CHO) and Richmond International Airport (RIC) provide convenient transportation to your favorite destinations. Nearby are fine restaurants, art galleries and shopping.
